As a Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive customer experience, ensuring vehicle repairs are communicated clearly, completed efficiently, and delivered with the highest level of professionalism. What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests.
• Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and gather relevant vehicle information.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services and repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs, completion times, and maintenance recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with regular updates.
• Review completed work with customers and explain repairs, maintenance performed, and future service needs.
• Schedule follow-up and future maintenance appointments to support customer retention.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with manufacturer, company, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to service department goals related to customer satisfaction, efficiency, and sales performance.

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred.
• Automotive service, dealership, or repair facility experience strongly preferred.
• ASE Service Consultant certification is a plus.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and service scheduling platforms is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to operate and move customer vehicles safely.
