Job summary

Great Lakes Honda of Fishers is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle service. You will listen to concerns, explain repairs, estimate costs, and coordinate with technicians to keep work on schedule.

In this role you will manage service orders, communicate progress to customers, and strive for outstanding satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment in Fishers, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or automotive service advising.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Clean and valid Driver's License.
