Job summary

Germain Volvo Cars South Hills in Canonsburg, PA seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to own the service lane experience. You will be the first contact for clients regarding vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, coordinating with technicians and handling appointments and loaners as needed.

You must communicate clearly, stay organized, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
