Germain Volvo Cars South Hills in Canonsburg, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, with responsibilities including scheduling, writing RO, and coordinating with technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or automotive service environment.
