Germain Volvo Cars South Hills in Canonsburg, PA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, and you will guide clients through the service process with clear communication.

You will write repair orders, coordinate with technicians, and ensure warranty and loaner arrangements are handled smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in automotive service or a similar role.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Organized and friendly personality with professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a neat appearance.
