Liberty Ford in Brunswick, OH is seeking a Service Advisor who will be the main contact between customers and our service team. You will greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, explain recommended services and timelines, and manage repair orders.

Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate repairs, keep customers updated, and build lasting relationships through clear communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive setting.
