Job summary

Liberty Ford Vermilion is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, and coordinate with the service team to provide accurate repairs and timely updates. You will explain recommended services, manage repair orders, and build lasting relationships with customers in a fast-paced dealership setting.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, 2 years of service advising experience in an automotive Ford environment preferred, strong communication, and basic computer

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with a company acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors and other contacts.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Experience as a Service Advisor in a Ford dealership (2 years) preferred.
• Experience with ADP Dealer Services Software a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing

Physical Requirements

The Service Advisor will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust, and paint fumes and will be required to work in extreme heat and/or cold and rain and be able to walk, stand, and greet customers for at least 8 hours in a shift.
