Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service advising is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Schedule service appointments and communicate throughout the repair process.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately.
• Prepare repair orders, estimates, and recommended services.
• Explain inspection findings and repair recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Update customers on timing, pricing, or additional repairs.
• Explain completed repairs and charges clearly.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Keep the service drive and work area organized and professional.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
