Antwerpen Automotive Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Nissan dealership team. The right candidate will be ambitious, possess excellent people skills, and be able to develop client relationships while recommending product solutions that meet customers' needs.

Daily duties include understanding customers’ problems, prioritizing services, setting expectations with customers and mechanics, and keeping customers updated on repair needs and completion times.

Qualifications

• 2 years service advisor experience preferred.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience highly preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Professional groomed personal appearance.
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product and eager to improve.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customers’ problems and arrange for appropriate service.
• Prioritize required services, and offer options.
• Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and mechanics.
