Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of the Service Lanes, ensuring prompt and courteous service for all customers.
  • Own the customer's service experience by following a proven process and leaving a positive impression.
  • Assist customers with automotive and product knowledge via phone, email, text, or in person, ensuring proper handling.
  • Present diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance recommendations to promote reliable driving.
  • Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or independent repair shop; GM dealership experience preferred.
  • Organized, professional, and friendly demeanor for customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional appearance.
  • At least 7 years in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality.
  • At least 5 years in the automotive industry.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
