Job summary

Evergreen Subaru in Auburn, ME seeks an outgoing Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and help guide customers on vehicle service decisions.

Qualifications

• A valid, clean driver's license is required.
• Ability to use a computer is necessary.
• Saturday availability is expected.

Are you an outgoing, friendly person? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We'd love to meet you! Evergreen Subaru is now seeking a knowledgeable, self-motivated professional to join our growing service department.

The Service Advisor at Evergreen Subaru works with customers to decide on the best course of action for caring for their vehicle. In addition, this person is responsible for answering phones, working with customers in the service drive, checking in vehicles, writing Repair Orders, and working daily to help create loyal customers (both internal and external)!

The Service Advisor works closely with the the Service Manager, the parts department, and our team of technicians in a way that enhances customer satisfaction, long-term customer loyalty, and referrals. Prior experience is required, as well as a demonstrated ability to translate automotive repair into understandable terms. We have a philosophy of honest and open communications - both with customers and staff. Simply put, we seek to deliver a truly exceptional automotive purchase and ownership experience.
