US Farathane, a leading plastics and interior automotive solutions provider, seeks a Sales Support Representative to support the GM Interiors business, bridging customers, sales, engineering, and operations from quote to production.

In this highly visible role, you’ll build strong customer relationships, resolve pricing and order issues, and help forecast, pricing, and new business development for GM programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in automotive sales support, commercial support, or customer service.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Able to collaborate across multiple departments and customer contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Support the GM Interiors sales team with daily account management.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documents.
• Ensure timely communication between customers, sales, engineering, and operations.
• Manage customer purchase orders and related commercial documentation.
• Resolve pricing, contract, and order-related issues with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service.
• Track engineering changes, program updates, and future opportunities.
• Maintain sales forecasts and apply pricing adjustments accurately.
• Monitor customer portals and OEM websites for updates.
• Assist with problem resolution related to orders and account status.
• Support new program launches and growth initiatives.
