Job summary

US Farathane Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to lead GM interiors programs in partnership with General Motors. You will expand the interiors business, manage the GM relationship, and drive profitable growth through strategic program wins.

You will work with engineering, program management, and operations to deliver innovative interior solutions and maintain strong customer focus, ensuring responsiveness and value delivery for GM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive account management, sales, or commercial roles.
• Direct GM account management experience.
• Experience with automotive interiors or related vehicle systems.
• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for US Farathane's GM interiors programs.
• Serve as the main liaison for GM commercial activities and relationships.
• Identify and pursue new interior business opportunities (trim, plastics, etc.).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to position technologies.
• Lead commercial discussions and resolve issues with GM timely and professionally.
• Manage pricing, negotiations, and forecast accuracy to hit targets.
• Track key account metrics and growth initiatives for GM programs.
