US Farathane Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join the GM Interiors team. You will act as a vital link between customers, the sales group, engineering, and operations, supporting quotes to production and helping growth across GM programs.

The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and accurate documentation, with exposure to forecasting, pricing, and new business development within General Motors programs across North America.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of automotive sales support, commercial support, or customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Support the GM Interiors business in daily account management and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
• Ensure accurate communication between customers, sales, engineering, finance, and operations.
• Manage customer purchase orders and related commercial documentation.
• Resolve pricing, contract, and order-related issues with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and support new program launches.
