Swickard Auto Group in Las Vegas is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to lead centralized pre-owned inventory sourcing for 40+ rooftops across the network. You will evaluate market value, condition, and reconditioning costs to acquire retail-ready units efficiently.

You'll monitor regional trends, negotiate with auctions, dealers, and fleet partners, and collaborate with store GMs to tailor purchasing to local demand. This role offers a centralized, high-impact position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Automotive buying, appraisal, or used vehicle management experience required.
• Proficient with valuation tools and auction platforms; knowledge of DMS systems.
• Ability to assess condition, market value, and reconditioning costs for sound acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire retail-ready pre-owned inventory for Swickard stores across markets.
• Evaluate vehicles for condition, value, and retail potential.
• Monitor market trends and inventory demand signals to buy the right vehicles.
• Collaborate with store leaders to tailor sourcing to local demand.
• Manage acquisition volume to maintain a steady flow of inventory.
• Track spend and inventory performance; report to leadership.
• Build sourcing relationships with auctions, dealers, fleets and other channels.
