Job summary

Leeds West Groups in the Eisenhower area of New Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to uphold integrity, deliver exceptional customer service, and support daily operations while driving sales and ensuring quality work.

You will lead customer interactions, promote automotive services, schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, manage records and payments, and help the store meet or exceed business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Prior automotive retail/repair knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Listen to needs and provide advice for automotive repair services.
• Promote services, explain benefits and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure appointments are completed.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability and profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records and payments.
• Assist in monitoring KPIs and inventory control.
