Job summary

Leeds West Groups in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and promote automotive repair services. You will support daily store operations, assist customers with service options, and help drive sales performance.

You will listen to customer needs, explain offerings and pricing, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely appointments. A valid license and 1+ year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Active driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Prior industry knowledge/experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow.
• Provide legendary customer service and ensure satisfaction through professional interactions and communications.
• Listen to customer needs and provide knowledgeable advice on automotive repair services.
• Promote automotive repair and maintenance services to customers with explanations of benefits and pricing.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase sales revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate appointment completion.
• Schedule service appointments based on availability and profitability.
• Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and address changes.
