Job summary

Leeds West Groups – Big O Tires Canon City is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver legendary customer service, drive sales, and support daily store operations. You will work with technicians, promote services, manage appointments, and maintain records while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Must be 18+, have a driver’s license, a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree a plus), and willingness to learn; travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Provide legendary customer service and drive sales through effective interactions.
• Promote services and explain benefits and pricing to customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, accurate service appointments.
