Leeds West Groups is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily automotive service operations and help drive sales through excellent customer interactions. You will assist in scheduling, promote service offerings, and collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient workflows while maintaining strong records and delivering legendary customer service.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year in a related field; a business degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Active driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s in business is a plus.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Prior automotive industry knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization.
• Provide legendary customer service and resolve complaints promptly.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend automotive repair services.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote service offerings.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely appointments.
