Job summary

Hutchinson Kia of Albany is seeking motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our Albany, Georgia team. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our vehicles and helping customers find the right car.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with commission-based pay, performance bonuses, and a benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous automotive sales experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Identify and understand customer needs and preferences.
• Provide product knowledge and information to customers.
• Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations.
• Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales with customers.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current automotive trends and technology.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000 to $120,000 per year, paid on a commission basis. Our sales professionals also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives based on their performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plans.
