Job summary

Five Star Automotive Group in Albany, GA is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead the dealership’s sales team, drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. You will set sales targets, train staff, and collaborate with the finance team to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.

• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
• Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives
• Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team
• Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved
• Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
