Koeppel Auto Group in New York is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team and build a long-term career. You will assist customers, deliver an exceptional showroom experience, maintain CRM records, prospect for new business, and meet monthly sales goals while earning a base salary plus unlimited commissions and performance bonuses.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged; Spanish or Chinese language skills are a strong plus and can help serve our diverse customer base.

Qualificações

• Previous automotive sales experience required.
• Proven success in commission-based sales with a strong closing record.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and positive attitude.
• Professional appearance and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged; Spanish/Chinese or other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Deliver an exceptional showroom experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery.
• Become a product expert by maintaining manufacturer certifications and completing required training.
• Present financing, leasing, protection products, and vehicle features with confidence.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and referrals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, repeat customers, and community networking.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up on leads.
• Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
