Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience in commissioned sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, wireless, furniture, banking or outside sales encouraged.
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles (new or used).
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives; explain features, financing, warranties, and ownership benefits.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business.
• Use dealership CRM to manage communications and sales opportunities.
• Stay current on inventory and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding experience.
