MEI Group is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) sales team in Arlington, TX. In this on-site role, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle while guiding them through every step of the purchasing process.

We value customer-focused, goal-oriented professionals with a strong track record of meeting sales goals. BHPH experience is highly preferred, but we welcome capable sales pros eager to learn our model and grow with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience preferred; willing to learn the business model.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation using dealership systems.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
