MEI Group in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our Buy Here Pay Here team in Arlington, TX. You’ll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, explain financing options, and help them find the right vehicle for their budget while delivering outstanding service from first contact to delivery.

We offer six-figure earning potential based on performance, a guaranteed minimum, and an uncapped commission plan with bi-weekly checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or BHPH environment is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and coachable with a drive to grow.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Explain financing options and dealership programs with confidence and professionalism.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation using dealership systems.
