Ed Morse Delray Toyota is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team in Delray Beach, Florida. You will consult with customers to match vehicle options to their needs, prospect new buyers, and work to meet sales targets with professionalism and strong product knowledge.

You will participate in training from both the manufacturer and Ed Morse Automotive Group, handle the required paperwork, and follow the company’s sales process to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience required.
• Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their wants and needs.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers updated on developments.
• Gain working knowledge of the product line.
• Attend training offered by the manufacturer and Ed Morse Automotive Group.
• Complete all sales related paperwork professionally.
• Follow the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure customer satisfaction.
