Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers select new and pre-owned vehicles to fit needs and budget.

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to leads, schedule appointments, and follow through.
• Present vehicles, explain features and warranties, conduct test drives.
• Address objections and guide customers toward a purchase decision.
• Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity in CRM.
• Coordinate deliveries and paperwork with management and finance.
• Follow dealership policies and applicable New York/state requirements.
• Maintain contact after sale to encourage referrals and repeat business.
