You will greet customers, present vehicles, conduct test drives, follow up with prospects, and build long-term relationships to generate repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchase process.
• Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicles to identify the right match.
• Build relationships, establish trust, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Learn Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and RAM features, technology, options, and specifications.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective buyers by phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
• Develop long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Assist customers with trade-in evaluations and purchase documentation with management coordination.
• Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on manufacturer programs, promotions, inventory, and product updates.
• Work collaboratively with sales managers, finance professionals, and other team members.
