Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration rides
• Develop and prospect new business continuously
• Enter customer contact and interest information into the CRM
• Schedule customer appointments daily
• Assist during write up to ensure a non-confrontational experience
• Build knowledge of product information and current promotions
• Attend and participate in daily sales meetings
• Practice customer service and product knowledge daily
