Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers a base pay with commissions and a $3,000 guaranteed payment for the first 90 days. Walk-in interviews are welcome Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; bring a resume and ask for Tim.

You will present vehicles, drive demonstrations, and enter customer data into our CRM. We value a customer-first culture, reliability, and strong product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is required.
• Outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional product presentations to customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drives.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter into CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, pricing and promotions.
