Gillman Automotive Group in Houston is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to own every step of the sales process—from greeting customers to delivery—while building lasting relationships and guiding buyers through the showroom experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with sales leaders to review inventory and craft monthly plans, with opportunities for advancement in a family-owned, long-standing dealership group.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a similar role would be ideal.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening to include MVR, drug test, and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Own every aspect of the sales process - from greeting the customer to delivery
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports and prepare and review monthly plans with sales leaders
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
