DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help customers choose vehicles and complete purchases. You will learn product details, pricing, and financing steps while delivering a friendly, high‑quality buying experience.

No prior automotive sales experience required; we provide training. You should be comfortable talking to customers in person, by phone, or online, and you must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No automotive sales experience required; we will train you.
• Comfortable with customers in person, by phone, and via email or text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning CRM and dealership software.
• Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, options, pricing, and purchasing steps.
• Respond to customers by phone, email, text, and internet leads.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
