Job summary

Archie Cochrane Ford is growing and seeking an Automotive Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and has prior sales experience. You will help customers select vehicles, explain performance and features, and guide them through test drives and financing options.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, not necessary.
• Customer service skills required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options.
• Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
• Test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features.
• Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles.
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail.
• Support on-line customers by setting appointments.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
