L0363 DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks is seeking an Experienced Internet Sales / Sales Representative to join our dealership team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will handle internet leads, schedule appointments, and guide customers through the vehicle buying process.

The role offers a strong earning potential with commissions, a 60- or 90-day guarantee, and a schedule of five days per week with rotating days off. You must have 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Respond to customers and complete follow-up tasks promptly.
• Explain vehicle pricing and purchase information.
• Complete basic pricing and payment calculations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to incoming internet leads, calls, chats, and emails.
• Convert sales leads into confirmed appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
• Document customer interactions, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain features and promotions, and conduct test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through vehicle purchase and delivery.
