• Learn each customer’s vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available options.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and previous customers.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Work with sales managers and finance professionals to provide a smooth buying experience.
• Stay current on Subaru models, features, incentives, and product information.
• Maintain knowledge of pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and explain features and technology to customers.
