Diehl Subaru of Massillon is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Massillon dealership team. You will greet customers, guide them through selecting new Subaru or pre-owned vehicles, and help them find options that fit their needs and budget.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Prior automotive sales helps, but training is available. High energy team environment with growth opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional dealership experience.
• Assist customers with selecting new Subaru and pre-owned vehicles.
• Learn each customer's vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and available options.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospective and previous customers.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM.
• Work with sales managers and finance professionals to provide a smooth buying experience.
• Stay current on Subaru models, features, incentives, and product information.
• Maintain knowledge of pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and explain features and technology to customers.
• Meet individual and dealership sales goals.
• Represent Diehl Subaru of Massillon professionally in the dealership and community.
