Kunes Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team in Madison, WI. In this customer-focused role, you’ll help guests find the right vehicle by building relationships, presenting options, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and a path for career growth across 40+ locations. Base pay plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses offer unlimited earning potential.

Qualifikationen

• Prior automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits
• Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business
• Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities
• Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience
