Lithia Motors is hiring a Sales Representative in a on-site location in Corpus Christi, TX. The role focuses on presenting vehicle options, finance plans, and dealership services to customers, while building lasting customer relationships and following up with prospects.

A proven background in automotive or retail sales is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. The position emphasizes product knowledge, ongoing training, and meeting sales targets, with a structured compensation plan

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, retail or direct sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
• Other sales duties as assigned.
