Lithia Motors is hiring Sales Representatives to assist customers in choosing vehicles from our new and used inventory. You will demonstrate features, technology, and benefits, and present financing and service options to close sales.

You will build relationships, follow up via phone, text, email, and in person, and use our CRM to track opportunities. A valid driver’s license and a client-focused mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive sales experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands.
• Proficient with computers and office software.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
