Sames Motor Company Inc. is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals in Corpus Christi, TX to join our team.

You will sell new and pre-owned vehicles, work internet leads, and build your own customer base within a strong compensation structure designed to reward performance. You’ll need excellent communication, closing, and relationship-building skills, plus the ability to follow up with prospects and manage CRM processes.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience required.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, competitive, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working in a commission and performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while consistently working toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, capabilities, options, warranties, and available services.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, product updates, features, incentives, and competitive models.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and walk-in customers.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best meet those needs.
• Effectively overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate within dealership guidelines, and complete the sales process.
• Present and explain available finance, protection, warranty, and service options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that generates satisfaction, referrals, and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership processes and CRM requirements.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and manufacturer requirements.
