You will schedule appointments, guide customers through the sales process, and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly experience from test drive to delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to type accurately and enter information into CRM and tracking systems.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with computers.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product presentations to customers and highlight features and promotions.
• Lead vehicle demonstrations and drive engagement with the showroom.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously and follow up on leads.
• Capture customer contact details and input information into the CRM.
• Schedule and manage customer appointments and follow-ups.
• Assist customers through the sale process and ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Maintain vehicle lot appearance and showroom cleanliness.
• Present and deliver vehicles to customers following delivery processes.
