Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the lot and showroom floor to understand needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities through test drives and demonstrations.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact through financing and delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, incentives, and competitive offerings.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to build long-term relationships and referrals.
• Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with finance and sales teams to structure deals and close sales.
• Accurately maintain customer records and update CRM with interactions and follow ups.
