Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI is seeking an automotive sales representative for high-volume, customer-focused selling. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them through selection, test drives, and the purchase steps.

You will follow up on internet leads, appointments, and past customers to maximize opportunities. You will build knowledge of Honda models, incentives, and inventory while delivering a low-pressure, informed buying experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or high-volume retail sales experience.
• Strong customer engagement and needs assessment.
• Confidence presenting vehicles and guiding customers through the sales process.
• Experience following up on internet leads and CRM opportunities.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide a professional dealership experience.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles based on customer preferences and budget.
• Guide customers through the automotive sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase steps.
• Follow up with internet leads, appointments, previous customers, and prospective buyers to drive sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Honda models, features, incentives, and dealership inventory.
• Build lasting customer relationships through product expertise and consistent follow-up.
• Partner with Sales Managers, Finance, and dealership teams to ensure a smooth purchase and delivery experience.
