Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI is seeking an Automotive Sales Desk Manager to lead a high-performing sales team. This role drives sales, pricing strategy, and customer experience in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in automotive sales management with a proven CSI track record, plus a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience.
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach the automotive sales team to achieve sales, gross profit, CSI, and customer experience goals.
• Manage daily sales desk operations, including deal structure, pricing, inventory, and sales strategy.
• Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Train, cross-train, and develop Sales Consultants to strengthen product knowledge and closing performance.
• Partner with Sales Management and dealership leadership to establish and execute sales strategies.
• Support a fast-paced showroom while maintaining consistent sales processes and standards.
• Review customer and sales activity to identify opportunities for improved performance and retention.
