Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI is seeking Automotive Sales Representatives to greet customers, assess vehicle needs, present new and pre-owned vehicles, and guide buyers through the sales process.

You will follow up on internet leads, maintain knowledge of Honda models and incentives, build lasting customer relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and service teams for a smooth purchase and delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or high-volume retail sales experience.
• Experience following up on internet leads and appointments.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess vehicle needs, and provide a professional dealership experience.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles based on customer preferences and budget.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase steps.
• Follow up with internet leads, appointments, and customers to drive sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Honda models, incentives, and dealership inventory.
• Build lasting relationships through product expertise and consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and dealership teams for a smooth purchase and delivery.
