Wilde East Towne Honda in Madison, WI is seeking a Service Lane Support Associate to greet service customers, move vehicles on the drive, and assist with vehicle prep and service delivery. You will support the service team, maintain a clean service drive, and help with clerical tasks, shuttle coverage, and other needs.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or related experience.
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning dealership systems.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers and provide professional assistance.
• Move customer vehicles between the service lane, parking lot, and designated service areas.
• Prepare arriving vehicles with protective seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats.
• Retrieve completed vehicles and support customer vehicle delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive, parking area, and work environment.
• Support the service team with phones, shuttle coverage, clerical tasks, and other department needs.
