We value 1+ years of customer service or automotive service experience, basic math skills, and reliable use of computers. A valid driver's license is required; high school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, automotive service, or related experience.
• Experience using computers and entering customer or service information accurately.
• Basic math skills for estimates, service costs, and payment processing.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer service calls, and provide a professional customer experience.
• Review vehicle service needs, complete walk-arounds, and prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
• Communicate recommended services, pricing, and repair timelines with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
• Process service payments and ensure completed vehicles are delivered.
• Support customer retention by addressing concerns and providing clear follow-up.
