Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to identify the desired vehicle.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or during test drives.
• Develop skills to effectively overcome customer objections.
• Research vehicle availability and options using the computer database.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales prices.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
• Follow up with customers using the CRM database to ensure satisfaction.
