• Be the expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
