Job summary

Trust Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate in Palmdale, CA. You will sell vehicles, achieve gross profit targets, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Reports to the Sales Manager and earns a compensation package with base wages plus monthly commissions. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior dealership sales experience preferred, and a valid California Salesperson License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous dealership sales experience is preferred.
• Valid California Salesperson License is required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to customer service.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver's license required.
• Pre-employment checks may include background, MVR review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the dealership showroom or lot.
• Meet with Sales Manager to ensure opportunities with each customer.
• Help customers select vehicles based on needs and preferences.
• Provide product information and vehicle demonstrations to prospects.
• Offer test drives and collect required identification before drives.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow dealership procedures for paperwork.
